With over 8 years of experience and certifications in Functional Training, Group Fitness and deepWORK, I’ve taught everything from high-intensity intervals to yoga-inspired flows. My current signature formats: • HIIT-Workouts: fast-paced, high-energy intervals for max results in minimal time • Yogilates: flowing strength meets flexibility, balance and core control • deepWORK: intense, rhythm-driven movement that trains body and mind All sessions are bodyweight-based, beginner-friendly, and designed to leave you stronger, more energised, and confident in your body.

P.S. Occasionally, I throw in a surprise: a Pilates special, a functional circuit, or something you didn’t know your body needed.
